A Careful Policy For Custom Couture
Custom garments are intimate, specific and made with intent, so return and alteration guidance must be clear from the beginning.
Custom Pieces
Custom couture is created around a client's selected design direction, measurements, fabric, embroidery and occasion. Because of this, custom pieces are generally not eligible for return or exchange once confirmed and made.
Any concern should be communicated as early as possible during fittings or review stages so the atelier can guide practical next steps.
Alterations And Fit Review
Fit adjustments, if applicable, depend on the garment construction, timeline, fabric margin and nature of the request. Alteration feasibility is confirmed by the Rangbastra team.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and attending agreed fitting or review sessions where required.
Ready Boutique References
If any non-custom boutique piece is offered separately, its exchange terms will be confirmed at the time of purchase or inquiry. The website does not currently operate an automatic online return portal.
Damage Or Issue Reporting
If a delivered piece appears damaged or materially different from the confirmed discussion, contact Rangbastra promptly through official WhatsApp or email with clear images and order communication references.
Resolution is reviewed case by case with care and fairness.
