Customer Accounts And Google Sign-In

Rangbastra provides customer accounts using Supabase Authentication. You may create an account with email credentials or Google sign-in to access saved inspiration and couture requests.

When you choose Continue with Google, Google may provide your name, email address, profile image and the Google account identifier required to create and authenticate your account. Rangbastra does not receive or store your Google password.

Rangbastra requests only standard Google authentication information. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Contacts or other private Google services.

Information We Receive

In addition to account information, Rangbastra may store information you submit, including your phone number, saved products or wishlist, couture preferences, measurements, appointment information, uploaded reference images, and consultation or customization requests.

Information may be received through the website, your customer account, WhatsApp, email, Instagram, or the Design Your Outfit inquiry flow. Please submit only information relevant to your couture request.

How We Use Information

We use personal information for account authentication, maintaining saved inspiration, responding to couture enquiries, providing personalised consultations, processing customization requests, coordinating appointments and protecting the website from abuse.

Google user information is used only for account creation, authentication, account features and customer support. It is not sold or used for third-party advertising.

Uploaded references, measurements and design notes help the atelier understand your request. They are not treated as permission to publicly display your personal materials.

Service Providers And Communication

Supabase is Rangbastra's authentication and database service provider and processes account and stored application information on our behalf. Communications sent through Google, WhatsApp, email, phone or Instagram are also subject to those providers' privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be available to trusted team members or service partners only when needed to operate the account service, protect the website or support your couture journey.

Retention And Your Rights

We retain account, inquiry and design information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the requested service, maintain continuity, protect the website and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention may vary according to the information and the status of your couture conversation.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your account and personal information by emailing hello@rangbastra.luxury from the email address associated with your account. State that your request concerns account or personal-data deletion and include enough information for us to identify the account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

A deletion request may not remove information that must reasonably be retained for security, dispute prevention or applicable legal obligations. You may also ask us to stop optional promotional communication.
